Travel Vaccinations

It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible - at least 6 weeks before you travel

The NHS vaccinations available at the surgery are:

• Hepatitis A
• Typhoid
• Tetanus

Find information and vaccination guidance on each country.

• If you require any other travel vaccinations or malaria medication you will need to contact a private travel clinic.
• Your vaccination history can be found on the NHS app.
• If you require any vaccinations, please contact the surgery 6-8 weeks prior to travel using the form.
• If your travel is less than 6 weeks away, you’ll need to seek an appointment at a private travel clinic.
• If your travel is over 8 weeks, please wait before completing the enquiry form.
